It’s never been a better time to build, and we have amazing tools in the house today. There is an amazing opportunity to learn and exchange how to do things better in person at events like this.

    In their words

Judges, mentors and builders on what they came to build and what they saw that day.

    The challenge

One day to build a GTM agent

The brief fit in a single line: what does AI-native revenue look like when you actually build it?

Teams of three to five had from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm to answer it with a working agent. Every project had to run on the same three building blocks:

    • Claude (Anthropic) as the brain: reasoning, writing and orchestrating the agent
    • Sillage for buying signals: job changes, champion moves, hiring intent, competitor engagement
    • FullEnrich for verified emails and phone numbers
The hackathon stack: Sillage buying signals, Claude by Anthropic, FullEnrich contact data, each team free to choose what to build

Each team picked a track. Acquisition meant winning new customers, Expansion meant growing existing ones, and a free-for-all track was open to any GTM idea that fit neither. Everything had to be built on the day, from an empty repo.

    The partnership

    Anthropic in the room

Anthropic was part of the event from the opening slide to the final score.

Stéphan von Perger, Head of EMEA Startup Partnerships, sat on the jury. Marta Passarinho Oliveira and Mathieu Fabing from Anthropic’s GTM team, along with Lamis Mukta, Member of Technical Staff, mentored teams throughout the day.

Every participant received $100 in Claude API credits to build with, and Anthropic credits were part of the prize for each of the top three teams.

Claude also weighed directly on the results. A quarter of every team’s score, 25 points out of 100, judged how deeply they used AI and agent workflows built on Anthropic’s models.

    “

We’re excited to see how people are creatively going to use the best generation of models and the latest agentic tools to creatively build solutions in the go-to-market space.

    The people

    Who came to build

The event was designed for GTM engineers, RevOps teams, sales reps and B2B founders. The room turned out to be wider than that.

    “

I’m super impressed with the different types of profiles that we can see today at the hackathon. You have people working in go-to-market roles, but you also have people from the engineering side of things, people that come from finance, and hearing all the different approaches, it’s very interesting and impressive.

Teams came from companies such as Alma, Modjo, Sunday, GitGuardian, Tomorro, Polar Analytics and HireSweet, working next to independent founders and agency operators.

In the evening, every team had five minutes in front of the judges: a 90-second pitch, a 90-second live demo and two minutes of questions. The jury brought together people who buy and run GTM tools every day.

    “

Over 15 years within the sales industry I’ve seen very many changes, but AI transformation is completely reshaping what we can do, and that actually accelerates.

    Hackathon winners: 1st Gravity, 2nd Zorro, 3rd Net-Work
    • 🥇

      Gravity · team Low Cortisol

Warms up an account before anyone reaches out. Sillage spots the buying moment, Claude agents plan what to post, where to comment and when to get in touch, and FullEnrich only enriches the contact once the account is warm.
    • 🥈

      Zorro · team Tomorro

Connects the CRM, buying signals and enrichment in one layer that takes actions on behalf of the sales rep.
    • 🥉

      Net-Work · team Net-Work

Prepares a sourced one-page brief before every sales call, with the warmest intro path, an org chart and a map of who holds the decision.

    The reach

    The feed lit up

Two of the side challenges rewarded the most viral LinkedIn and X posts, and the builders took them seriously. The event’s live tracker counted 34 posts, around 300,000 impressions and 5,000 reactions.

    The impact

    What it meant for Sillage

In a single day, Sillage put its product in the hands of more than 250 builders. For many of them it was their first time using it, and by 5:30 pm they had shipped agents on top of it. Every question asked at the tables and every issue a team ran into went straight back to the Sillage product team as feedback.

The event also placed Sillage next to Anthropic in front of the people building the next generation of GTM tools. The effect showed up after the event, with new companies reaching out to try Sillage in the weeks that followed.

    “

Co-hosting this with Anthropic put Sillage in the same room as the people shaping how sales teams will work with AI. More than 250 builders pushed our product further in one day than we could have on our own, and they came up with use cases we had never thought of.

    “

Watching teams go from an empty repo to a working agent on our API and MCP in a few hours was the best stress test we could ask for. Every question and every bug we saw that day went straight into our roadmap.
